| Here at BengaFrogz Cattery; our aim is the ultimate pet; loving, active, lap cats that have the look of a wild cat; the best of both looks and personalities. Our kittens are raised as family pets first and foremost; are generally born in our bedroom, and moved out into the main house by 4 weeks; which is where they stay until they leave for their new homes (at 12 weeks), having complete free range of our home. We have no pens, no cages; the kittens are raised amungst our other animals and our young children; giving them the best start we possibly can; making them suitable as an only pet or with other animals, with a single person or a family with children. Besides striving for an awesome sooky temperament; our aim is extreme type of both the head and the body; one-of-a-kind markings, and overall wild movement and appearance. We look for incredible heads; rounded, well placed ears; puffy whisker pads; large, intense eyes; strong chin; and a strait profile. Extraordinary body type; long, lean, solid torso with definite hard strength to the body, especially in the males; and the proud stalk that's reminiscent of the bengal's wild anscestry. The markings; usually browns but occasionally other colours (snows and possibly silvers); mainly tri-coloured rosettes but sometimes tri-coloured marbles as well; always aiming for random or horizontal flow no matter whether spotted or marbled. Our bengal cattery is located in Terowie; South Australia, which is a small, peaceful country town located about 2, 2 1/2 hours north of Adelaide CBD. We can quite easily send our babies both interstate and internationally. We are registered with the Governing Cat Council of South Australia.
